Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Glayro mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Glayro. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Glayro is a premium Sudoku puzzle mobile application that provides:

• Various difficulty levels of Sudoku puzzles
• Achievement tracking and statistics
• Hint system to assist gameplay
• In-app coin system for enhanced features
• Offline gameplay capabilities

4. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Share your license with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Coin Purchases

Glayro offers virtual coins that can be purchased to enhance your gaming experience. These coins may be used for:

• Purchasing additional hints
• Unlocking special features
• Accessing premium puzzle collections

5.2 Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. We do not offer subscription services - all purchases are one-time transactions for coins.

5.3 No Refunds

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple App Store policies.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to cheat or exploit the game mechanics
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to puzzles, graphics, user interface, code, and design, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information when you use the App.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
